Margret Knitter advises her clients on the world-wide administration and enforcement of trademarks and designs. She negotiates and drafts contracts as well as litigates the enforcement of her clients’ rights before the civil courts. A further specialty area of her practice is carrying out seizures in cases of product piracy, including border seizure procedures.

In the field of media and entertainment she advises in questions on advertisement law, in specific product placement and Branded Entertainment.

Margret Knitter represents an international clientele ranging from industrial to mid-sized companies. She has special expertise in the pharmaceuticals, chemicals, crop science, confectionery, publishing, film, IT consulting, toys, clothing, mechanical engineering, and luxury goods sectors.
