Florian Hensel comprehensively advises in digital business with a focus on media and entertainment law and e-commerce. He accompanies platforms, service providers, digital media, and e-tailers with his versed understanding of the regulatory environment, including in payment and financial technologies, structuring of contractual relationships with service providers, suppliers and users, and also providing skilled legal review of consumer rights and advertising law compliance. His expertise covers the entire spectrum digital businesses operate in, from licensing, unfair commercial terms and practices laws, IT and privacy law, copyright and IP, financial services regulation and public media law, including protection of minors and gaming. Furthermore, he advises national and international film, TV, and games productions from funding to rights clearance and production with a particular emphasis on exploitation, thus licensing and distribution of audiovisual media in both traditional and emerging channels. In his previous position as in-house counsel of a global technology and media group, Florian Hensel gained specific expertise in music law, including collecting societies.
