What was your most complex case?
It was exceptional to negotiate on the sale of an international group operating in more than thirty jurisdictions. The owner had unexpectedly died. Transferring the predominantly intangible assets involved complex legal issues. Further, the extremely diverse economic and personal interests of all stakeholders had to be taken into account.
