Andreas Bareiss advises clients on media and entertainment law, particularly in all matters relating to the film and television industry.
Mr. Bareiss completed full curricula in both German and French law at the Humboldt University of Berlin and the University of Paris II. He then studied film production and distribution at the Film Academy Baden-Württemberg (Germany), La Fémis (Paris) and the National Film & Television School (London). He is a graduate of the renowned German-French Master class Ludwigsburg/Paris.
He focuses on the legal terms of structuring and realizing international film and TV productions. His expertise further includes copyright issues and privacy law, both before courts and extra-judicially. Andreas Bareiss represents domestic and foreign producers, distributors, broadcasters, investors and private clients. Andreas Bareiss is a member of the board of the French-German Film Academy and teaches, inter alia, at the Film Academy Baden-Württemberg.
