Maximilian Möller advises on all issues relating to IP law, competition law, and distribution law. He focuses on prosecuting infringements of intangible property rights such as designs, trademarks, copyrights, patents, and naming rights – frequently also by way of preliminary injunctions – as well as on advising on the development of trademark portfolios and their monitoring before national and international offices.
This includes the committed defense of his clients’ rights in complex disputes, including on an international level, as well as the drafting and conclusion of contracts such as prior rights agreements, cease-and-desist agreements, and licensing agreements.
