Dr. Martin Braun advises national and international companies in all areas of individual and collective employment law. In cross-border constellations, his field of advice also includes the relevant aspects of residence law. In the course of his doctoral thesis, Dr. Braun also focused on the legal effects of transfers of undertakings on working conditions arising from collective bargaining agreements and works agreements.
