Christina Kufer advises national and international companies on all aspects of intellectual property rights as well as in the fields of information technology and digital business. Her main areas of expertise include legal support in the design of products and marketing campaigns, the drafting of license and distribution agreements, and advice on the introduction of innovative business models. In addition, she represents start-ups, medium-sized companies and international corporations in extrajudicial and judicial disputes concerning trademarks, designs and copyrights as well as in the field of competition law.
After studying in Munich and Istanbul, Christina Kufer completed an LL.M. degree at the London School of Economics and Political Science with a focus on Information Technology and Communications Law. She passed the second state examination at the Court of Appeal in Berlin as the best in her class. Christina Kufer has been working as a journalist for national media for many years and regularly gives lectures and workshops.

- Legal clerkship at the Court of Appeal in Berlin with stations at the Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy, in an international commercial law firm and at the Ludwig-Boltzmann-Institute in Vienna, Austria
