WirtschaftsWoche ranking: SKW Schwarz among the top law firms, SKW Schwarz lawyer Stephan Morsch among the top lawyers for M&A

SKW Schwarz is featured twice among the “top law firms for M&A” in WirtschaftsWoche (WiWo) magazine’s exclusive law firm ranking: SKW Schwarz’s Corporate/M&A practice is named as a law firm team in the “Top Law Firm 2018 Mergers & Acquisitions” category. In addition, Munich-based partner Dr. Stephan Morsch has been recognized as one of the top lawyers for M&A. The WiWo ranking lists a total of 59 lawyers and 52 law firms that are particularly recommended for advice on mergers and acquisitions.

The ranking is based on a survey conducted by Handelsblatt Research Institute, which initially identified more than 2,700 M&A legal experts from 110 law firms. These experts were then asked to nominate the two most renowned lawyers and law firms. 287 M&A lawyers took part in the survey. In addition, a top-class jury evaluated the survey results.
