Wirtschaftswoche Best of Legal Award 2021: SKW Schwarz wins in the “Products and Services” category

SKW Schwarz has been awarded the Best of Legal Award 2021 by Wirtschaftswoche. In the “products and services” category, the law firm impressed with a mix of different legal tech products, including the Jurisdiction Scanner & the startup landing page skwtech.io, as well as with legal tech services.

The law firm's internal Innovation Lab team is developing digital products and services. "We ask ourselves where we can continue to work profitably in the future, and this is where we start with the digitalization and productization of our services.," says Stefan Schicker. "We are very proud that our efforts have led to this award."

SKW Schwarz also received separate awards in all three other categories in which an application was submitted. The law firm achieved the rating "excellent" for Business Model Innovation and Client Relationship Management; for Talent Management, New Work and Law Firm Culture, as well as for the category (Senior) Leader of the Year.

For the "Best of Legal" competition, Wirtschaftswoche invited all major law firms in the country to compete against each other. From a total of 139 applications, a top-class jury of 14 experts, mainly in-house lawyers, selected the best submissions.

The winners of the 2021 Best of Legal Awards were honored at a virtual awards ceremony on April 23.
