SKW Schwarz advises Volue on acquiring the ProCom energy business

SKW Schwarz Rechtsanwälte advises Volue ASA on acquiring 100% of ProCom GmbH.

From signing of the agreement, a spin-off of the automation business will be conducted and Volue will acquire the entire ProCom Energy business unit. Through the acquisition, Volue will add €3 million in annual recurring revenues, approx. 60 employees and over 60 customers to its business.

The closing of the transaction is expected for September 2021 and will be subject to certain conditions as agreed between the parties.
