Ulrich Hildebrandt specializes in trademark law and is especially experienced in the strategic orientation and management of trademark portfolios. He advises and represents companies from trademark registration to trademark enforcement. His fields of work also include competition law and copyright law.
Prior to joining Lubberger Lehment in 2007, Ulrich Hildebrandt had worked as lawyer in various firms. In 2009, he was appointed Partner. Ulrich Hildebrandt is a lecturer in trademark law at Heinrich-Heine University Düsseldorf and author of the handbooks “Marken und andere Kennzeichen” [“Trademarks and other Distinctive Signs”] and “Trademark Law in Europe.” He is regularly recommended as an expert in relevant industry media.
