SKW Schwarz Partner Ulrich Hildebrandt appointed Honorary Professor

Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf’s Faculty of Law appointed Dr. Ulrich Hildebrandt Honorary Professor. In addition to his work as a lawyer and Partner at the law firm of SKW Schwarz Rechtsanwälte in Berlin, Ulrich Hildebrandt has been teaching in the Intellectual Property Law degree course and in the area of “Companies and Markets” at the Law Faculty of Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf since 2002.

In his client work, Ulrich Hildebrandt specializes in trademark law, advising and representing companies from brand creation to trademark enforcement. He also has many years of experience in strategic orientation and management of trademark portfolios. Other fields of advice include competition law and copyright law.

Ulrich Hildebrandt is the author of numerous specialist publications, including the handbook “Marken und andere Kennzeichen” [“Trademarks and Other Signs”] and the compendium “Trademark Law in Europe.”
