He advises companies on complex matters relating to income tax law, corporate income tax law, and trade tax law, as well as in VAT law, real estate transfer tax law, and foreign tax law. “Stefan Skulesch will support us in offering our clients full service advice in business law and tax law from our Frankfurt office now as well,” said Michael Wahl, Head of SKW Schwarz’s Frankfurt office.
Heiko Wunderlich, Head of the Tax Law Department, added: “With Stefan Skulesch, we are supplementing our expanding Tax and Private Client practice with a peer who is experienced in the entire range of national and international tax law and in complex succession planning. We are very glad to have him join our firm.”
