SKW Schwarz establishes SKW Schwarz @ Tech GmbH

SKW Schwarz Rechtsanwälte bundles its activities in legal tech by establishing SKW Schwarz @ Tech GmbH. The new company specializes in developing, adapting, marketing, and distributing legal tech products and applications and will also provide consulting services in connection with the digitization of legal services.

The GmbH closely collaborates with external consultants, for example in legal design thinking, and cooperation partners, including Bryter, Smashdocs, etc.

Munich-based lawyers and partners Stefan C. Schicker and Dr. Stephan Morsch are the general managers of the GmbH. “By establishing the GmbH, SKW Schwarz is taking a further step towards expanding its pioneering position for legal tech topics in the segment of medium-sized law firms,” said Stefan Schicker.
Some three years ago, SKW Schwarz had initiated the “Legal Tech Meetups,” a series of events actively promoting the exchange between lawyers, legal tech companies, publishers, corporations, and financial investors on various topics. “Due to the intensive exchange with players in the legal tech market, SKW Schwarz maintains very close contacts to many key legal tech companies and is optimally networked in the sector,” said Dr. Stephan Morsch. “We have been using this expertise for several years now to advance legal tech internally so that other companies may also benefit from our knowledge in this field.”
