SKW Schwarz advises Arabella Hospitality on transfer of management of Hotel Schloss Fuschl to Rosewood Hotels & Resorts
SKW Schwarz has advised Arabella Hospitality SE, a subsidiary of the Schörghuber Group, on the transfer of the management of the historic luxury hotel Schloss Fuschl to Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.
The 98-room hotel, made famous by the Sissy films among others, will be completely renovated from September 2022 and is scheduled to reopen at the end of 2023 under the name Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.
Rosewood Schloss Fuschl is already the second partner project between Arabella Hospitality and Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. Both companies will jointly open Rosewood Munich in 2023. SKW Schwarz also acted as an advisor to Arabella Hospitality SE for the Rosewood Munich Hotel.
