SKW Schwarz advises shareholders of Mach Professionals on sale to TimePartner

SKW Schwarz Rechtsanwälte advised the shareholders of Mach Professionals GmbH on the sale of all shares to recruitment agency TP Group Service GmbH (TimePartner). Mach Professionals GmbH, headquartered in Donauwörth, is a specialized recruitment agency for the aviation sector. The company has branches in Augsburg, Munich, and Hamburg and recruits qualified specialists in technology and engineering, IT, and business.

Featuring more than 100 branches and over 8,000 temporary workers, TimePartner Group is one of Germany’s ten largest temporary employment agencies. Since 2017, TimePartner Group has been a member of temporary employment group House of HR, which is continuing its expansion in Germany with the current transaction.
