SKW Schwarz advises Onesty Group on the sale of shares in PrismaLife to Barmenia

SKW Schwarz Rechtsanwälte advised the Austrian Onesty Group GmbH in connection with the sale of shares in the Liechtenstein life insurance company PrismaLife AG to the Barmenia Insurance Group.

Barmenia cooperates with PrismaLife and acquires 25.1 percent of the shares of PrismaLife. The company is to be developed into a competence center for international offers of unit-linked life insurance.

The transaction is still subject to regulatory approvals.

PrismaLife AG is one of the leading Liechtenstein life insurance companies with headquarters in Ruggell. The company manages client assets of around 1.3 billion euros.

The Onesty Group is an independent bancassurance company based in Austria.
