Kirkhill Aircraft Parts Co (Kapco Global), headquartered in Brea, California, USA, acquired D+C-Airparts in Europe GmbH (D+C-Airparts).

For more than thirty years D+C-Airparts has been one of the most respected names in European aviation battery distribution and maintenance. D+C-Airparts is an authorized distributor for battery manufacturers including SAFT, Marathon und Hawker. It is approved by the German Aviation Authority and also a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved repair station.

Kapco Global is a leading global aerospace parts distribution business with a distribution portfolio of over 400.000 parts. It provides distribution services for airlines and MROs as well as inventory management solutions. Kapco Global was founded over 45 years ago and has grown five-fold in the last 10 years.
