SKW Schwarz advises HOLOGATE on franchise system for XR event arena “HOLOGATE World”

SKW Schwarz Rechtsanwälte advised HOLOGATE GmbH on setting up the franchise system for the XR event arena “HOLOGATE World”.

HOLOGATE is realizing the first space together with the P&P Group, which plans to open the new Flair shopping center in Fürth in the fall of 2021. “HOLOGATE World” will be Germany's most modern XR entertainment and event space on 1,200 square meters. Following the same pattern, further locations are to be added to the franchise.

The Munich-based company HOLOGATE is one of the leading providers in the field of location-based VR entertainment. More than 400 systems are in operation worldwide.
