SKW Schwarz advises founders of iOX Mobility on financing round

SKW Schwarz legally advised the founders of iOX Mobility GmbH in connection with the acquisition of stakes in the company by PRIMEPULSE SE and KATEK SE.

PRIMEPULSE SE acquired a stake of around 21 percent and KATEK SE 10 percent in iOX Mobility GmbH a spart of a capital increase. In addition, KATEK CEO Rainer Koppitz and one of the founders also participated in the financing round.

iOX Mobility GmbH was founded in 2021 by Torqeedo founder Christoph Ballin and iOX Mobility CEO Tobias Hoffritz. The company develops and implements innovations for electromobility on water. The company's cooperation partners include industry-leading companies in the marine industry and a leading manufacturer in the automotive industry. The launch of the first products is planned for 2022.
