SKW Schwarz advises Faubourg Conseil SAS on the complete acquisition of HLA Fleet Services GmbH

Together with the French law firm BG2V, SKW Schwarz Rechtsanwälte advised Faubourg Conseil SAS on the acquisition of 64.1 percent of the shares in HLA Fleet Services GmbH. The seller is Autobank Aktiengesellschaft, which is listed in Vienna.

Upon completion of the transaction, Faubourg Conseil SAS, which has already held 35.9 percent of HLA Fleet Services GmbH since 2018 through its subsidiary ERCG SAS, will become the direct and indirect sole owner of HLA Fleet Services GmbH.

HLA Fleet Services GmbH is the operator of TraXall Germany, a brand of TraXall International, which specializes in fleet management and services for heterogeneous vehicle fleets. TraXall manages more than 200,000 vehicles in Europe and Latin America, making it one of the largest independent fleet management providers.
