SKW Schwarz advises Bosch eBike Systems on joint venture with MAGURA

SKW Schwarz Rechtsanwälte advised Robert Bosch GmbH on establishing a joint venture between its Bosch eBike Systems division and MAGURA Bike Parts. Bosch acquires a 50 % stake in MAGURA Bike Parts, which will be renamed MAGURA Bosch Bike Parts & Services GmbH & Co. KG.

The joint venture will provide service and distribute spare parts for MAGURA products, for components from Bosch eBike Systems, and for products from third-party suppliers in the bicycle and motorcycle sectors.

The transaction is subject to approval by the antitrust authorities.
