SKW Schwarz advised the French-listed Bilendi Group, a leading European market research technology and data company, on its acquisition of German panel provider Respondi.
Respondi, founded in Cologne in 2005, specialises in data collection for online market research in Europe. Bilendi is active in the same segment and generated around €34 million in sales with market research technologies and services in 2020.
With the transaction, Bilendi strengthens its position in the three most important European markets of Germany, France and the UK. The combined companies will serve close to 1,800 clients.
