Dr. Daniel Meßmer appointed Partner at SKW Schwarz

SKW Schwarz expands its partnership from within its own ranks, appointing Dr. Daniel Meßmer Partner effective at the beginning of the year. The lawyer and Certified Expert for IT law will also be heading the IT & Digital Business department jointly with Dr. Andreas Peschel-Mehner.

Daniel Meßmer has been practicing at SKW Schwarz for more than eight years, as Counsel since 2018. He specializes in the contractual implementation of software-based and cloud-based business models. In addition to traditional IT contract law, he has particular expertise in compliance issues relating to the use of open source software. Daniel Meßmer also advises on statutory requirements for IT security of infrastructures and networks.
