Markus von Fuchs advises clients in all matters of intellectual property law including the area of unfair competition, trademarks, Antitrust law and Internet law. He supports advertising agencies and marketing departments in detailed planning and execution of advertising campaigns. Based on years of experience in the optical and medical technology industries, he is also very knowledgeable in all matters of advertising law for medical devices. Furthermore, Markus von Fuchs expertly advises companies in the economic exploitation of their intellectual property by distribution, license and research and development contracts. In the case of infringements, he provides support for the enforcement or defense of letters before action, preliminary injunctions and main trials.
