SKW Schwarz advises Raiffeisen Waren-Zentrale Rhein-Main on syndicated loan again
The law firm SKW Schwarz Rechtsanwälte has advised Raiffeisen Waren-Zentrale Rhein-Main eG as regards the refinancing of a secured syndicated loan of 180 million euros. The refinancing was arranged by DZ BANK AG along with UniCredit Bank AG, Rabobank International Frankfurt Branch and WGZ Bank AG, Frankfurt am Main. All parties involved have already held discussions as part of the original financing process.
