Eva’s activity is focused on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters as well as antitrust and merger control. She provides her services to international and domestic clients with an emphasis on cross-border contexts.

Recent corporate activities include

• Acquisition of and investment in German companies in international and domestic transactions, including merger control issues
• Intra-group restructuring, whether post M&A or driven by internal reorientations, including the initial set-up of business in Germany
• Structuring of capital resources, corporate litigation
  

Recent antitrust activities include

• Structuring of vertical and horizontal co-operations of companies in line with German and European antitrust law
• Representation of companies vis-� -vis German cartel authorities both in administrative and summary proceedings
• Representation of an international group of companies against antitrust related damages claims

• 2003 to 2005: Lawyer with Ashurst, Munich, litigation and arbitration department
• 2000 to 2002: Freelancer and trainee with Linklaters Oppenhoff & Rädler, Munich, and Baker & McKenzie, Munich, San Francisco in the areas of litigation, corporate and tax
• 2000: Half year research stay in Paris
• 1999: Academic assistant at the Institute for Comparative Law at the University of Passau
