- Cartel fine proceedings: Representation of a German energy provider in one of the most extensive German court proceedings regarding cartel fines
- M&A: Advising various international strategic investors on the acquisition of German undertakings or business units, including the necessary merger control issues and filings
- Joint Ventures: Advising various international and domestic enterprises on the foundation of equity joint ventures and contract joint ventures on the German market, including both corporate and competition issues
- Competition contract law: Advising a German sports article manufacturer on handling of eBay sales by its distributors
- Squeeze-Out: Performance of a squeeze-out and the subsequent Spruchverfahren (a specific court proceedings to examine the appropriateness of the conversion ratios and the amount of cash paid in compensation for the squeeze-out)
- Administrative cartel proceedings: Representation of a leading German undertaking of the event industry in administrative fine proceedings
- Private Enforcement: Representation of an international group of companies against antitrust related damages claims
- 2003 to 2005: Lawyer with Ashurst, Munich, litigation and arbitration department
