Andreas Seidel studied Law, Philosophy, English and German in Mainz, Heidelberg and London. He began his career as a lawyer in 1986 with a large law firm based mainly in Krefeld, where he became a partner in 1988. He moved to Dusseldorf in 1998 in order to set up and manage ARCON’s Dusseldorf office as a partner.
Andreas Seidel provides full representation to long-term clients, predominantly from the construction and real estate sectors as well as the foodstuffs industry. Due to the length of his client relationships and the size of his clients, Andreas Seidel has substantial experience in the management of large national and international (USA, Canada, South America) projects. As a result of his career experience and his practical education, Andreas Seidel has also proved himself extremely successful in the litigation arena, specifically in litigation tactics and strategy. Andreas Seidel also participates regularly in arbitration proceedings (national and ICC) as both an arbitrator and an attorney.
Andreas Seidel regularly publishes articles in professional journals concerning the areas of labour law and real estate law. He is also a much sought after seminar presenter in these areas.
