Jan Schneider provides legal advice to providers and users in all fields of IT law. His expertise ranges from legal structuring and assistance in IT projects such as system integration and outsourcing to legal counselling as regards the conception, design, marketing, provision and use of cloud services and other IT and telecommunication services. He further assists public authorities in pursuing IT procurement procedures.

In internet law, Jan Schneider assists providers in the development and implementation of business models, products and services for the e- and m-business. Any related issues referring to telecommunication law are also covered by him to ensure integral legal counseling.

Review, development, structuring, drafting and negotiation of contracts in all fields of IT law form an essential part of Jan Schneider’s legal practice.
