Dr. Antje Demske is specialized in public economic law, particularly the public construction and planning law, besides municipal and municipal tax law. She advises active investors nationally and internationally on real estate development and conflicts with authorities and communes. She supports and accompanies investors with planning and realization of their investment projects and project connected intentions. In addition she is active for real estate companies. Furthermore Dr. Demske provides advice in environmental and nature conservation law, subvention and commercial law.

• 2007-2010: Head of the department „Public economic law“ with RSG, Berlin
• 2008: Promotion at the German University of Management Sciences Speyer, to the issue „The tax impact of surface use and its effect after the commencement of Europarechtsanpassungsgesetzes (EAG Bau)“
