Maren Heinecke works in the field of national and international family and inheritance law. She advises and assists clients in the drafting of wills, anticipated succession, estate distribution and the legal enforcement of inheritance claims.

In the field of family law, Maren Heinecke counsels both private individuals and family businesses. She asserts her clients’ claims in the event of separation or divorce and advises on the drafting of marriage contracts and divorce settlements.
