Christoph Werner advises German and foreign clients mainly in public law matters, in particular in real estate, energy and environmental matters, inter alia in due diligences. Furthermore, he advises on cooperation, development, research, consulting and license agreements in the field of biotechnology. He also gives advice as to whether legally relevant acts are in accordance with EU law. Concerning international technology transfer projects (PPP, BOT, BOOT, DBOO) he draws up the needed contracts and the legal part of capacity building. As far as these projects are financed by selling CDM (Clean Development Mechanism)- based CERs (Certified Emission Reductions), he works out the legal part of CERs` registration procedures and the emission reduction purchase agreements (ERPA, ETMA).
