Dr. Michael Berghaus studied Law in Saarbrücken and Bonn. 1991, after having been practising as a lawyer in one of the leading German law firms, he joined one of the old-established Real Estate law firm in Düsseldorf as a partner. Since 2009 Dr. Michael Berghaus he is partner of our law firm. Dr. Michael Berghaus represents particularly business clients in all fields of architect’s, Building and Real Estate Law, beginning at the stage of project development as well as during the construction period and including the sale of the real estate property.
