Nikolaus Bertermann advises companies primarily in the internet and IT-law as well as on competition and trademark law. Due to his many years as legal counsel for a leading european web hosting company, he can revert to substancial technical know-how and good knowledge of the internet industry. In matters of competition law, he advises and represents companies in their advertising campaigns and in the enforcement of rights against competitors. Mr. Bertermann takes care of brand portfolios, trademark registrations and monitoring, and represents trademark owners in the enforcement of trademark law claims.
