With his wealth of experience in the local business and corporate environment, Dr. Sparr supports his clients in the negotiation and conclusion of contracts with partners in Asia, Europe and North America and in making investments in these regions.

In his consulting work, he specializes in national and international commercial law, negotiating and drawing up purchasing and distribution contracts as well as project contracts, German and European anti-trust law within the context of drawing up contracts as well as preliminary proceedings, the purchase and reorganization of companies and customs law.
