Klaus Brenken has been focusing his efforts since 1982 primarily on the field of transport law, haulage and carrier’s liability concerning himself with all issues related to the areas of freight forwarding, cargo and insurance law. As managing partner of the limited company for debt collection Brenken Recoveries GmbH, he conducts legal recourse actions on behalf of German and Japanese transport insurance companies.
