Dr. Helmuth Baumeister has been advising on Commercial and Business Law (including commercial agency law and other right of sale) for many years. This includes drawing up contracts in the national and international sphere, especially machine delivery contracts and commercial framework agreements. On account of long-standing attorney-client relationships, Dr. Baumeister has a wealth of experience in wholesale and foreign trade and in engineering. He works as an arbitrator or party representative in national and international arbitration procedures.
He has held seminars in his specialist field and on legal issues concerning technical service for decades.
