Arndt Tetzlaff advises and represents insurance companies and policy holders with respect to German and European insurance law, general liability and tort.
He concentrates on bringing and defending claims in insurance and liability cases, in particular recourse. Due to his experience in complex litigation he advises and assists on settling claims for personal injury, pecuniary loss and property damage.
