Martin Stück has been a partner at the Frankfurt office since 1994 and one of his longstanding areas of specialization as a lawyer is taking care of extensive court proceedings in all the Regional and Higher Regional Courts in Germany. In addition, a large proportion of his work as a lawyer comprises consulting for medium-sized and large companies – mainly in the Rhine-Main region – and drawing up contracts in all areas of civil economic and commercial law with a particular focus on private building regulations, commercial rent regulations and IT law (software development contracts, software license agreements, software maintenance agreements, computing center contracts).
