Martin Schweinoch’s activity has been focused on IT law for many years. He provides services to providers and larger users in all matters relating to the contractual arrangement and implementation of IT projects, IT restructuring and e-business. If required, he represents clients in mediations proceedings and before the courts. Martin Schweinoch coordinates the Practice Group IT, Internet and E-Business.

• since 2001: member of the Steering Committee Law and chairman of the Working Group IT Law and contracts in BITKOM e.V.
