As a Certified Specialist in Information Technology Law, Dr. Kaboth advises companies that provide IT services as well as companies that use IT services with regard to development-, project-, license-, distribution-, and outsourcing contracts. In the field of Internet & E-Business his advice extends to internet platforms und E-Business companies which offer content and/or distribute goods. Furthermore, he advises companies in the IT sector as well as other industries in all data protection related issues.

Dr. Kaboth also is a Certified Specialist in Copyright & Media Law. In this area, his consulting focuses include contractual work for publishing houses, producers, concert, advertising and picture agencies, orchestras and theatres. Furthermore, he advises media companies, agencies and companies from different industries in all press related and advertising issues.

Finally, Dr. Kaboth represents his clients and acts on behalf of them in regular court proceedings including fast track proceedings) as well as in national and international ad-hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings.
